Chincoteague Island Getting 84 Subway Cars on Blackfish Banks Artificial Reef

Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) is planning on adding 84 new Subway Cars on Blackfish Banks Artificial Reef. The deployment of the new reef material is  expected to begin in July or August of 2008. The Blackfish Banks Artificial Reef is a popular inshore fishing fishing area, located less than 10 miles from Chincoteague Inlet.
