New Boat Washing Facility Breaks Ground
Tim’s Carwash just off Rt. 13 at T’s Corner has announced their ground breaking for an Outside Boat Wash with expected completion date of May 1st, weather permitting. The facility will be located at 30435 Chincoteague Road, 1/10 mile east of RT 13 near T’s Corner .
The outside boat wash will be located behind Tim’s Carwash’s Building with easy in and out access for all trailered boats up to 32′. There will be a circle drive located behind the building with a 20′ X 40′ 8″ concrete slab. There will be two hose booms on each side one each with a Low Pressure Foamy Brush and a High Pressure Wand capable of up to 2200 PSI of pressure.
The facility hopes to provide a place for boat owners to wash boats on the way home after visiting Chincoteague Island and other Eastern Shore ports of call.
