Summer Cinema Series – Waking Ned Devine
The Chincoteague Cultural Alliance continues its Summer Cinema Series of free movies shown outdoors in the downtown waterfront park. The series continues Thursday night – August 27th – with a showing of “Waking Ned Devine” at 9 o’clock.
In a small Irish fishing village, the man who won the national lottery jackpot literally dies of surprise, and his friends and neighbors frantically try to figure out how to collect the prize. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a fun evening with family, friends and visitors. Old-time refreshments at old-fashioned prices will be available under the pavilion.
