January 2008 Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge Hunts/Wildlife Loop Closures
During the period of January 2-22, 2008, deer hunts will be conducted on Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge as part of the deer herd management plan. Hunts will take place on the refuge service road which will be closed to the public.
During this time frame, the wildlife loop will remain closed to all public access until noon each day.
